Overview:
N-type condensate pump is used for thermal power plants and other similar transport condensate, other liquids. This pump has a better inhalation performance. 100N130 and 150N110 pump can deliver 120℃ or less liquid, other types can deliver liquid no more than 80℃.
100N130 and 150N110 pump body and at packing gland can be done at the walter drain pump cooling water use.

Structure:
There are vertical, horizontal, single or multi-stage, cantilever and with a variety of structural forms inducer. 3N6, 4N6, 4N6A and 100N130 are horizontal single stage cantilever pump; 2.5NX2, 3N6X2 are horizontal double stage cantilever pump; 6N6 and 150N110 are single stage cantilever pump with inducer;
Seal:
Pump soft packing seal, shaft seal with the sleeve can be replaced.
LDTN condensate pump is equipped with multiple water lubricated bearings, rotor radial force to bear. LDTN (AB) 13 P-type pump has a balance on drums plus one pair of angular contact ball bearings to balance the axial force, the other motor thrust bearing axial force.
Coupling:
Asked the internal pump rotor shaft coupling with a cylindrical ring-type connection, the pump rotor and motor shaft connected in two ways; motor axial force, rigid coupling with flange connection; pump itself balance the axial force, connected with a flexible coupling.
Seal:
For soft packing seal + seal can also special order designed mechanical seal.
Transmition:
N type condensate pump is driven by motor through flexible coupling. Direction from the drive, the pump is clockwise for vertical, and counterclockwise for horizontal.
